METHODOLOGY

Training with Mango maximises action and interaction, blending individual and group exercises. Participants master key concepts through role plays, games, quizzes, case studies, discussions and reflective sessions

STRUCTURE

1.    Empathize
Examine the factors that can influence online relationships. Uncover some strategies for improving communication in a remote work environment. Practice using empathy, active listening, and small talk to build relationships.

2.    Define
Discover how to synthesize the information collected in the empathize stage to arrive at a problem statement. Practice ways of redefining the problem statement and using techniques like laddering to evaluate it from strategic and operational levels.

3.    Ideate
Explore how to use divergent thinking techniques like worst idea, SCAMPER, crazy eights, brainwriting, mind-mapping, storyboarding, and sketching. Learn how to evaluate ideation and make the right choices based on use and originality.

4.    Prototype
Discover the different ways to prototype using sketches, mock-ups, physical models, storytelling and even bodystorming. Discover the best way to visualize process flows through nodes and links.

5.    Test
Examine how to build reliable tests of prototypes. Discover how to develop test scenarios and questions maps. Explore how to observe users and learn how to listen to their experience in real time.
