Collaboratively create team rules and norms to help turn a group of individuals into a team. Learn the importance of accepting differences in Team Player Styles.

3.    Building Trust
Explore the 8 Criteria for Trust and how a leader can encourage trust-building behavior between team members. Learn how to increase team compatibility through rapport-building and collaboration.

4.    Embracing Conflict
Understand that everyone has different styles of communication that can cause conflict. Build a culture of constructive disagreement and a lack of fear between team members.

5.    Accepting Accountability
Learn how frequent, honest feedback is the best way for a team to learn and grow. Create systems and cultural norms around accountability to ensure team cohesion
