METHODOLOGY

Training with Mango maximises action and interaction, blending individual and group exercises. Participants master key concepts through role plays, games, quizzes, case studies, discussions and reflective sessions

STRUCTURE

1.    Planning the Work
Explore the iterative project management cycle and learn to develop an effective work breakdown structure. Discover how to build an effective schedule by considering dependencies and teh critical path. 

2.    Managing Resources, Costs and Risks 
This module focuses on how you can develop an effective budget, evaluate project health using formulas like SPI and CPI whilst exploring how we can identify and manage project risk.

3.    Stakeholder and Communication Management
Examines how to identify and map stakeholders using tools like the salience model. Explores how to use perspective-taking to develop a comprehensive communication plan.

4.    Team Leadership and Governance
This module explores how we can use the RACI model to develop project accountability as well as how to manage conflict based on five key strategies. 

5.    Agile and Hybrid Project Management
The final module explores how the difference between predictive, hybrid and agile project management. The session explores concepts like Scrum, sprints, retrospectives and backlogs and how they can be adapted to predictive environments.
